What we do

The events market is a competitive place and in the last few years the industry has become much more sophisticated and specialised. At 3 Stage Events we focus on what we are good at, giving clients the best possible service and return on their investment, and delivering enjoyable and effective events – from seminars and conferences, to corporate events, dinners or award ceremonies, across the private, public and third sectors.

We won’t accept every client commission but, if we accept yours, it’s likely to be because we agree with you that your big idea is or has the potential to be a great idea and if we commit we’re fully committed to helping you deliver an exceptional event. We normally work on a contracted fee basis but occasionally we will choose to work with carefully selected client partners on shared-risk / shared-reward.

Our 3 Stages

Stage 1
Creation

Whether you are looking for a new concept or your event is an established feature in your calendar, 3 Stage Events will bring a fresh eye and create (or reinvent) the perfect outcome, working closely with your project manager or team to draw up the specification.

Stage 2
Planning

Taking you forward on a well defined and bespoke timeline, 3 Stage Events will give you the comfort of knowing that your event is progressing to plan and the confidence that every detail is taken care of.

Stage 3
Execution

Using an experienced, skilled and well-presented events team on-site, 3 Stage Events will deliver the logistics of the event, however complex or demanding, with professionalism, style and commitment, and with the aim of exceeding your expectations at every stage.
